What do I do if I'm not satisfied with the services?

Minimum standards of conduct are necessary to safeguard the rights and welfare of students, faculty, and staff. Students are expected to adhere to the student conduct code. Student Judicial Affairs is responsible for handling concerns regarding breaches of this policy.

We have a process to assist you with resolving concerns about DS services and to assist DS in resolving concerns about the individuals we serve. Here are the steps to follow:

In most situations, concerns should first be discussed between the Disability Specialist and the student.
If concerns persist, they should be brought to the Assistant Director of Student Services in DS.
If concerns still persist, they should be brought to the Director of DS.
