Resources for Employees and Supervisors

Disability Services/Employee Services is the designated office to serve all employees (including faculty and staff) with any disability or medical condition needing accommodations or adjustments. Disability Services obtains and confidentially files disability-related and medical documents, certifies eligibility for services, determines reasonable accommodations, and develops plans for the provision of such accommodations/adjustments for employees (faculty and staff) with disabilities or medical conditions. As a neutral party, we assist Supervisors in implementing appropriate accommodations/adjustments.

We serve the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus and consult with other University of Minnesota campuses as needed.
